It is quarter past five Sunday morning and for some strange reason I can’t sleep. So I thought I would write a little blog for my beloved website and put together a few thoughts on how I thought tonight went, how I feel now etc.This morning I was excited, I have worked so hard for this fight it is untrue. As the days drew nearer it was a battle just to hold it all together and not get carried away.

Tonight when I got to the O2 arena, a few of my team said there is a lot of people out there. A lot of GG t-shirts! I didn’t think much of it. Wow! The atmosphere in the arena tonight was spine tingling. I can’t believe so many people came to support me. I always knew my crowd would drown out his, but still...

The place erupted, and it didn’t stop all night long.

I feel truly blessed at this moment. Not because I have won another belt - because I always knew I would - but to receive such support from so many people is amazing. I truly thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart! I really am on cloud nine.

This people, though, is only the beginning. We are destined for much bigger and better things; more exciting nights and I hope you all enjoy the journey as much as I will.A huge thank-you to all of my team, my sponsor Park Plaza and the love and support of my family.
