Volume 3 of HAYEMAKER Bookazine might very well be the most jam-packed, popular and diverse yet, as the content focuses on a variety of stars from sport, screen and stage and continues to carry the same knockout punch of its two predecessors.

The brainchild of WBA world heavyweight champion David Haye, HAYEMAKER Bookazine was first developed in April 2010 and its third volume will be available to buy in WHSmith stores and online from July 7 2011.

Included in this latest volume are a number of interviews and features with a host of A-list celebrities, each of whom bravely stepped into the ring and faced a grilling from the boxing world's most fearsome heavyweight.

“This third volume is undoubtedly my favourite to date, as it covers a lot of ground and features some stars that I really admire,” said Haye. “We left no stone unturned with volume three and were keen to dip into various professions and then interview the top personalities in those domains. I think we have achieved that with this latest volume of HAYEMAKER.”

Recording artist and global superstar Justin Bieber was one of the first to receive the sharp end of Haye's dictaphone and punch pads at the boxer's Vauxhall gymnasium, and his feature and photo-shoot can be found within the pages of Volume 3.

The mood was significantly lightened the day Michael McIntyre, Britain's favourite comedian, waltzed through the doors of Haye's gym and prepared himself for a session in the ring with the heavyweight king, all the benefit of HAYEMAKER Bookazine. The hyperactive McIntyre used his oversized calves and forearms to dazzle Haye on the pads, before explaining how online tennis research had helped mould his Adonis physique.

Haye also trekked to New York City to spend time with actor-turned-boxer-turned-actor Mickey Rourke, the Oscar-nominated leading man with a history as rich as anybody on the silver screen. 'The Hayemaker' and 'The Ram' shared tips on everything, from acting and fighting to spending and saving.

Then, whilst training in Miami, Florida, Haye bumped into legendary boxing trainer Angelo Dundee, the famous trainer of champions Muhammad Ali and 'Sugar' Ray Leonard at The 5th St Boxing Gym. A mainstay of the boxing gym for over 70 years, Dundee was more than happy to recall his awe-inspiring journey for the readers of Volume 3.

Finally, with the testosterone count rising, self-made woman Katie Price burst into 'The Hayemaker's gym with pink gloves and a desire to try her hand at yet another activity. Much to her own surprise, Price excelled in the boxing ring and provided HAYEMAKER Bookazine with a candid explanation of how she reached her current level of fame and success.

In addition to the various celebrity interviews, HAYEMAKER Bookazine Volume 3 continues the tradition of unveiling a behind-the-scenes account of a David Haye title fight – in this instance, his November 2010 dual with Audley Harrison – and also presents a bonus feature and look behind the scenes of the May 2011 grudge showdown between George Groves and James DeGale.

HAYEMAKER Bookazine Volume 3 will also be available to buy in three different covers. Cover one will feature Haye alongside singing sensation Justin Bieber, while covers two and three will see 'The Hayemaker' stood alongside Mickey Rourke and Katie Price respectively.

WBA world heavyweight champion David 'The Hayemaker' Haye is pleased to announce that the second volume of his official Hayemaker Bookazine is now available to purchase from WH Smith stores nationwide, as well as online through www.hayemaker.com.

Included in Volume 2 of Hayemaker are in-depth and exclusive interviews with comedy icon Ricky Gervais, the fastest man on Earth, Usain Bolt, grime pioneer Dizzee Rascal, Los Angeles Lakers star Ron Artest, as well as Jessica Ennis, heptathlon champion and the face of the 2012 London Olympics. In addition to all that, Haye also returned to his fighting roots in the form of interviews with Joe Calzaghe, the Khan brothers, Amir and Haroon, and UFC star Michael 'The Count' Bisping.

“I drafted up a list of names at the beginning of the process and, thankfully, was able to nail down each and every one of them for an interview and feature,” said Haye.

“I wanted a more diverse selection of stars for volume two, and that is why we profile famous faces from not only the sporting world, but also those of film, television and music.

“Moving the focus away from sports stars took me out of my comfort zone somewhat, but it was a challenge I looked forward to and enjoyed. In order to bring it all back into my comfort zone, I even invited some of the stars to go a few rounds with me in my boxing gym.”

Gervais, Rascal and Artest all swapped blows, of both the physical and verbal variety, with Haye during the weeks leading up to the fighter's November 13 world title defence against Audley Harrison. Special guests and sparring partners at the boxer's London gymnasium, the trio were put through their paces in hour-long training sessions and just about lived to tell the tale.

Hayemaker Bookazine Volume 2 also includes extensive, behind-the-scenes profiles of some of Haye's most pivotal heavyweight bouts to date.

Designed, developed and produced by Britain’s current world heavyweight boxing champion, the HAYEMAKER bookazine is part sports magazine, part autobiography, and undisputedly a knockout read.

WBA world heavyweight king David ‘The Hayemaker’ Haye has revisited his past and seen into the future to create a publication that acts as both the definitive look back at his own life and career, and also stands alone as a high-quality sports magazine.

Setting out with the intention of making a beefed-up fight programme, Haye’s initial dream swiftly snowballed into a 192-page, glossy sports and life publication, aptly named HAYEMAKER.

Heading into the project, David was eager to look back at his own career, as well as gain an insight into the careers and lives of his sporting peers. Utilising his hefty contact book, Haye began laying the foundations by calling many of his famous sporting friends and heroes. Just as his contact book quickly increased, so did Haye’s desire and ambition for the project.

No longer was HAYEMAKER just a pre-event programme and something that could be disposed of after the first read. By contacting and interviewing some of the world’s most celebrated sports stars, David had created his kind of magazine. He’d interviewed the stars he wanted to interview, discussed the issues he wanted to speak about and delivered the content he felt should be contained in a magazine. It wasn’t long before sporting giants Rio Ferdinand, Linford Christie, Danny Cipriani, Amir Khan, Carl Froch and Georges St-Pierre had all joined Haye aboard this exciting journey.

Moreover, HAYEMAKER also contains the most in-depth and exclusive profiles of Haye’s career to date. Featuring never-before-seen pictures and behind-the-scenes accounts, HAYEMAKER boasts the definitive look at Haye’s title-winning boxing career.

In short, the HAYEMAKER bookazine is a must-have for any fan of sport, success, world champions and ‘The Hayemaker’ himself.
