Are you ready to witness the spectacular Hayemaker home renovations? Working with three of the most respected companies in the industry David has planned an awe inspiring renovation project.

The project is spread across two properties owned by David Haye, an apartment and a house. In the apartment, the plan is to create a number of spectacular features. RailingLondon, using specialist glass from Toughglaze will create a ghost tread staircase, which is the first of its kind. It will cantilever glass treads, that will appear to float from the wall. Each step will be custom manufactured in low iron clear glass with a black interlayer in the middle. This means that once the L.E.D. lights shine through the treads, the effect will be jaw dropping.
The staircase will lead to a transparent glass floor mezzanine area, which will be extended and re-levelled. It was designed to allow light to pass through the floor into the kitchen area beneath. Finished with a contemporary frameless glass balustrade, it will completely remodel the style and feel of the space. With the help of London Joinery, David Haye will have custom woodwork in the dressing areas and cupboards leading from the bedrooms. Toughglaze Uk will be providing cutting edge laser printed glass panels for the bathroom areas which will create a very unique effect.

For the second property, David's house, a beautiful floating white tread staircase will be produced, and installed. Again frameless glass will complement the stair treads and landing areas with L.E.D. lighting bringing out all the features.
" For David, we are using some great techniques to show off our level of skill and provide a perfect finish. The staircases are really unique and will definitely be a focal point for the properties." said Andreas Petri of Railing London.
